iPower have a great package, great features, and a great new control panel (vDeck). Their customer service and tech support is ok. After an initial misfire, I called them on the landline phone - response was immediate and successful. But their email support staff needs to be trained a little be more and needs to be slightly more polite. One thing I think iPower could have is an Instant Support like thing where users can go into it, and connect with a support staff member in a web-based chat like an Instant Messenger.
