Powweb offers the best hosting I have seen recently. Powweb has never been anything but helpful and prompt when I faced them with problems and support staff has solved my few concerns in a matter of minutes, and believe me they offer technical advice such as website scripts. My site availability is almost 100%, so much extras, disk space and bandwidth is fantastic, though it doesn’t affect the server status.

They have two great tools on their site - the Forums (which you can take a look at even if you don't use them) and the 24/7 tech support chat room, which I have always found very helpful.

As for cost, I think the cost is more than reasonable for what you get:

300GB Bandwidth
Powweb is just fantastic, and I have never come across such a host.
