I used dreamhost for a year. It was just a small personal website and forum that me and my friend played around with. It was great for the 10$ or whatever I paid. Never had any problems with them, although I am not too fond of their control panel. Good luck.

I used dream host for about six months, there service is ok.. However I had few downtimes and problems which was resolved relatively quickly. I did not like there control panel at all...
