Customer1: The basic business premise is good. They had just released a new beta version when we signed up, but didn't mention that at the time.
After encountering the bugs and blips we became aquainted with the
support team and they proved themselves up to the task. I was allowed to speak directly with a coder who fixed the problem as we spoke. That's good support. Blue Host has 8 or 9 links to php cms sites and hopefully one of them can help with uploading some of our HTML pages. Site seems to interface well with most content and the "page wizard" is easy enough to navigate. An all round good host for the buget minded.

Custormer2: I had no problem getting my site up right away. I like the comtrol panel interface provided, it allows simple installation of many extensions (php, CGI) with the ability to preconfigure the packages. All I had to do was link the directories to my site. I have not had to deal with customer service yet, so I cannot comment on their capability, but the fact that I haven't had to contact them at all yet speaks for itself. I selected the platinum pack for about $160 for 2 years. I get 10GB storage, 250GB/mo. bandwidth, 2,500 email addresses, 20 subdomains, 20 parked domains, 5 add-on domains, 50 MySQL, 50 postgre, 100 mailing lists, 1000 FTP accounts.
