I'm using Powweb for some time and I am very happy with them. They have strong community forum (20,000 people) where their customers offers help to each other and get support from staff.
So much bandwidth and disk storage and their load balanced servers with zero downtime for only 7.77/month is unbeatable.

Powweb allows .htaccess files, with which you can write any redirection script. I appreciate that support staff - they respond almost immediately. I'm really satisfied with them and continue to recommend them to others.
