After signing up site was online within 24 hours. Easy to update with decent stats. Customer service response via email within 24 hours. Had some issues with being blocked sending emails to AOL addresses but it was resolved within 48 hours. Now that we are stable after 3 months no problems encountered since out second week of operation. Very happy with StartLogic.

Mike: I am pleased with Start Logic. When my site was down for 55 minutes one day, I filed a support ticket telling them that to meet their 99.9% uptime guarantee the site can't be down more than 43.2 minutes in a month. Although the tone of the response seemed slightly angry, I got a month credited to my account. Billing and domain issues are resolved well; however technical issues ususally get the "we're working on it" response. Although the support isn't the best around, Start Logic is good for the price.
