A friend of mine needs hosting for a domain. As I've been trying to help him find a web host, it seems nearly impossible to find one that fits what he wants.

under $15/year - I can't seem to find a host that low in price.
Supposedly someone he knows had a domain hosted at $12/year, but they were shut down or something. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated :)-14 Jun 2001
