The service is a best effort service and no guarantees are provided on availability or throughput. The subscriber shall be liable to determine network coverage in the subscriber area. Network coverage is not guaranteed and the service experience may change from time to time. A compatible device is required to use the 8ta services. The maximum speed that can be experienced by the customer is dependent on the speed specification of the device. 8ta mobile services support soft cell handover. Prices include VAT. Prices of pre-paid data bundles exclude modems. Normal voice services are disabled with the exception of emergency services (10111, 10177 and 112) and iPad help desk (081 101). Pre-paid internet bundles will expire at the end of the next calendar month from the date of activation. RICA shall apply. The service application process will only commence on the presentation of necessary supportive documentation. Prices are valid at date of print. E&OE.
